How the App Works
Remember Me is designed to help you remember people by allowing you to securely store details such as names, photos, meeting context, and personal notes. You can also add optional information like personality traits, background details, or identifiers to better recall each individual. All your saved entries are organized for easy access, search, and review whenever you need them.
Common Issues & Solutions
1. Unable to Save Contacts
If you are having trouble saving contacts, please ensure that all required permissions (such as storage, camera, or photos) are enabled in your device settings. Without these permissions, certain features may not function properly.
2. App Crashing or Not Opening
If the app crashes or fails to open, try restarting your device first. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app, as updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements. If the issue persists, reinstalling the app may resolve the problem.
3. Data Not Showing
If your saved data is not visible, confirm that you are logged into the correct account (if login is required). Also, ensure that your data was successfully saved. Since data is stored locally on your device, switching devices or uninstalling the app without backup may result in data loss.
4. Forgot or Lost Data
Please note that Remember Me does not store your data on external servers. All information is stored locally on your device. If your data is lost due to app removal, device reset, or other issues, it may not be recoverable. We recommend using any available backup options on your device to protect your data.
5. Privacy & Data Concerns
We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. All information you enter remains on your device and is used only for the app’s functionality. You have full control over your data at all times.
